Mô tả vị trí cần tuyển

1. QA Intern

- Listing out about standard requirements of special product from general documents.
- Writing method sheets to show how to inspect products.
- Solving issues related to quality of products: finding root causes, corrective actions, preventive actions to improve.
- Establish the"Failure Mode & Effects Analysis"(FMEA File) for products.

2. HR Intern

- Support recruitment and employee relation activities:
- Post job, collect CV, arrange schedule, interview keep candidates contact with.
- Assist new staffs on-board.
- Support HR team to organize events.
- Understand the company HR policies,and can clearly provide support and answers to employees' queries.

3. Accountant Intern

- Post purchase invoice
- Prepare payment voucher
- Documentation (saving payment request/ VAT invoices in hard/soft copies)

4. Product Testing Intern

- Maintain test equipment, test software at production floor to ensure the production lines work well.
- Monitor the equipment status to fix issues as soon as possible.
- Collect test data to fine tuning test software, and do improvement plan.

5. PCBA Testing Intern/ Product Intern

- Maintain the work instruction at production floor to ensure it is followed correctly and not misumderstanding.

- Monitor the cycle time, output of production lines to ensure the production lines work well.

- Work with other departments (Planning. Quality, Warehouse,...) to fix issues.

6. Advanced manufacturing Intern

- Working directly with engineers from other sites to deploy, develop, and validate equipment, and software
- Follow up special build, validation request to ensure IT goes through all needed processes.
- Enhance current equipment, not only Mechanical, electronic, but also software, automate the equipment.
- Collect test data to fine tuning software, test and do improvement plan.

7. Logistics Intern

Support VNlogistics outbound team:
- Make the export shipping documents from SAP systems.
- Provide customs clearance information to broker.
- Arrange  booking with forwarder.

8. Production Intern

- Arranging manpower, production plan at Postassy, applying MS.Project.

9. Planning Intern

- Support planners to make FRU plan,confirm ICPOs based on planners' instruction, update & follow FA, run daily shortage report, create production orders.

Yêu cầu

- Trình độ chuyên môn: sinh viên năm3–4,thuộc các nhóm ngành :Điện–Điện Tử, Cơ Khí, Quản Lí Công Nghiệp, Kĩ Thuật Hệ Thống Công Nghiệp, Tài Chính Kế Toán, Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh Doanh Quốc Tế.
- Tiếng Anh và kỹ năng máy tính tốt.
- Thời gian làm việc: 02 tháng dự kiến từ 13/6/2022–12/08/2022.
- Yêu cầu khác:

• Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và điều phối tốt,sáng tạo và có khả năng làm việc độc lập, kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
• Sẵn sàng học hỏi và tiếp thu nhanh.
• Có trách nhiệm cao, kỷ luật và sáng tạo.

Quyền lợi

- Lương: trợ cấp thực tập 150.000VNĐ/ngày/người. Ngoại trừ thời gian làm việc nêu trên, thời gian làm thêm giờ của thực tập sinh sẽ được tính theo Luật Lao động hiện hành. Nội quy & Quy chế của Công ty. Trong đó, thực tập sinh sẽ đóng thuế TNCN, các khoản bảo hiểm bắt buộc cho Chính phủ
- Nơi làm việc: tại văn phòng Công ty Datalogic Việt Nam (F04, LôI-4a, Khu Công nghệ cao TP Hồ Chí Minh)
- Khác:

• Công ty cung cấp xe đưa rước nhân viên tại các điểm đã định.
• Nếu tự túc đi lại,công ty sẽ hỗ trợ tiền đi lại:300.000VNĐ/tháng.
• Cung cấp bữa trưa và bữa phụ cho thực tập sinh làm việc nguyên ngày.
• Có thể cùng tham gia các hoạt động và sự kiện của Datalogic VN.
• Được cung cấp thiết bị/dụng cụ/văn phòng phẩm cần thiết tùy theo yêu cầu công việc.
• Thực tập sinh sẽ được hướng dẫn bởi một Kỹ sư có kinh nghiệm và một nhân viên hành chính; họ sẽ trả lời các vấn đề vướng mắc trong quá trình thực tập và sinh viên cũng sẽ được hỗ trợ qua mail nếu cần.
