Job Description

Guest Relation Agent (Korean Speaking)

- Communicate with Korean guests at the Front Office and/or Restaurant.

- Try to make Korean guests feel satisty with our services and products.

- Listen and collect, feedback from guests.

- Assist to check-in and check-out by Korean.

- Complete monthly report related to Korean guests.

- Prepare Welcome Card and Amenity by Korean version for gues.

Job Requirements 

- Fresh graduate is welcome

- Bachelor degree of Tourism & Hospitality Management, or any equivalent

- Minimum 1 year experience in the resort of the similar size

- Fluent in Korean language (4 Skills)

- Basic communication in English is preferred
