Job Description

- Answering product and service questions,suggesting information about other products and services and solve all claims of customer.
- Process orders,prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Graduated from High school.
- At least6months experience in Customer service roles or any relevant roles is an advantage.
- Fluency in English(Speaking,listening,writing,and reading)- working 100%English.

- Working time:

• Day:5/week (any2days off).
• Shift:Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader)
• Rotating shifts:9hours/shift/month (including 1.5 hour rest).

- Salary:

• Average income: 10.000.000-14.000.000 vnd/month.
• Base salary: 7.500.000 vnd/month.
• Meal allowance: 500.000 vnd/month.
• Night shift allowance: 30%base salary.
• Complexity allowance: 1.000.000 vnd/month.(applied after2 probationary months).
• Monthly KPI incentive: 900.000-1.200.000 vnd/month.
