1. Admin & Back-office assistant
- Receiving & preparing the orders for customers
- Doing the daily/monthly / year report
- Comparing the debt of customers every month and releasing the E-invoice
- Following the debt and controlling the payment
- Controlling and maintaining supply inventory
- Doing/ updating the price list for shop and customers
- Preparing/updating the contracts of customers
- Controlling the consignment’s quantity
- Organizing events as necessary
- Other tasks as request
2. Marketer & Designer
- Support to manage, design monthly social media contents in cross-channels and tracking the performances.
- Coordinate in designing of marketing materials (print-ad, billboard, backdrop, banner, standee, invitation letter, social network banner, etc.)
- Building the relationship with online & offline customers
- Coordinate in brainstorming marketing activities monthly (Digital/Offline events)
- Other tasks as request
3. Brand Ambassador
- Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Building the relationship with customers.
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
- Always Maintaining a positive image of the brand.
